What are healthcare services like in Idaho?

When we asked expats and global nomads about the quality of medical care in Idaho, they replied:

"Idaho offers a wide range of healthcare services, including primary care, specialty care, mental health services, and preventive care. The state is home to a number of hospitals and medical facilities, including St. Luke's Health System, which has locations in Boise, Meridian, and Twin Falls, and Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. Other notable medical facilities in the state include St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Kootenai Health in Coeur d'Alene, and Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. What are the pros and cons of living in Idaho?

"People generally enjoy living in Idaho for its natural beauty and outdoor activities. The state is known for its mountains, rivers, and lakes, which provide plenty of opportunities for hiking, camping, fishing, and skiing. Additionally, Idaho is known for its low cost of living, making it an attractive place to live for those on a budget. On the other hand, some people may find the climate in Idaho to be too cold and snowy in the winter months. Additionally, the state is relatively rural, so those who prefer city life may find it difficult to find the amenities they are used to," explained one digital nomad living in Idaho.
