What are the most challenging aspects of retiring in Brunei?

"One of the most challenging aspects of retiring in Brunei is the cost of living, which is higher than in many other countries. Additionally, the country has a limited range of activities and entertainment options, which can make it difficult to find ways to stay entertained and engaged in retirement. Furthermore, Brunei has a limited range of healthcare options, which can make it difficult to access quality medical care. Finally, the language barrier can be a challenge for those who do not speak Malay, as English is not widely spoken in Brunei," said one retiree in living in Brunei.
