Additionally, the cost of living in Lebanon is high, making it difficult for retirees to stretch their savings. Furthermore, the country's political and economic instability can make it difficult to plan for the future. We asked retirees if they have access to good medical care in Lebanon. They wrote:

"Healthcare services in Lebanon are generally of a high standard, with a wide range of medical facilities available. The country has a number of private and public hospitals, as well as a number of specialized clinics and medical centers. The country also has a number of medical universities and research centers, which provide a range of medical services. In addition, Lebanon has a number of health insurance companies that provide coverage for medical expenses. When we asked people living in Lebanon about club and activities where newcomers can meet others, they responded:

Despite these challenges, many expats and digital nomads find that the country offers a great opportunity to experience a different culture and lifestyle," said one retiree in living in Lebanon.

When we asked people what advice they would give someone preparing to move to Lebanon, they said:

"People living in Lebanon typically buy groceries from local markets, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Other shopping can be done at malls, department stores, and specialty shops. Additionally, many people in Lebanon shop online for groceries and other items," said one member in Lebanon.
