What are the most challenging aspects of retiring in Senegal?

"One of the most challenging aspects of retiring in Senegal is the cost of living, which is higher than in many other African countries. Additionally, the country's infrastructure is not as developed as in other parts of the world, making it difficult to access basic services such as healthcare and transportation. Furthermore, the language barrier can be a challenge for those who do not speak French or Wolof, the two official languages of Senegal. Finally, the climate can be difficult to adjust to, with temperatures often reaching over 40 degrees Celsius in the summer months," said a person in Senegal.
