What are the most challenging aspects of retiring in Micronesia?

"One of the most challenging aspects of retiring in Micronesia is the cost of living. The cost of basic necessities such as food, housing, and transportation can be significantly higher than in other parts of the world. Additionally, the availability of medical care and other services may be limited in some areas. Furthermore, the language barrier can be a challenge for those who do not speak the local language.
