"I found an excellent mooring for my boat on the Mar Menor free of charge, then looked for a house with in 4-5 mins walk, heaven," remarked one expat in Los Alcazares, Spain.

"In Spain, it is important to follow the same customs that are observed in other countries. For example, cultural faux pas to avoid in Los Alcazares include: - Refraining from discussing anything too personal in public. This includes politics and religion, as it is seen as rude to openly discuss these topics in a public setting. - Refraining from wearing clothing that is deemed too provocative.
