"Healthcare services in Khemisset, are a mix of public and private facilities, providing essential medical care to the local population. The public healthcare system includes hospitals, health centers, and clinics that offer basic medical services, such as general consultations, emergency care, and maternity services. These facilities are often understaffed and under-resourced, leading to long waiting times and limited access to specialized care. In addition to public facilities, there are private clinics and hospitals in Khemisset that offer a higher standard of care, with more specialized services and better-equipped facilities. These private healthcare providers cater to those who can afford to pay for their services, as they are not covered by the national health insurance system. However, the availability of certain medications may be limited, and some may be more expensive than in other countries. Overall, healthcare services in Khemisset are accessible but may be limited in terms of quality and resources, particularly in public facilities. Residents may need to travel to larger cities, such as Rabat or Casablanca, for more specialized care or advanced medical treatments," said one expat living in Khemisset, Morocco.
