"It's a good school. The principal knows each child by name and somehow knows each family and its situation. She is very caring and demands that her staff educate the whole child. She defends the children as if they were her own and makes sure they get what they need in the way of growth and development. Eating out in Alexandria can also be affordable depending on the type of restaurant. A dinner at a moderately priced restaurant in Alexandria can cost around $10 to $20 USD per person," said an expat in Alexandria.

What are the visa & residency requirements in Alexandria?

"To visit Alexandria, you need to apply for a visa by submitting a completed application form and providing valid passports or other forms of travel documents. You also need to provide a letter of invitation from a host in Egypt with details about the purpose and duration of the trip. The visa may be of various durations, including a single or multiple entry visa, with each entry valid up to three months. In addition, you must pay a visa fee and provide proof of valid insurance. To obtain a residency permit for Alexandria, Egypt, applicants must submit a completed application form along with the required documentation, such as a valid passport, notarized document of economic solvency, valid medical certificate, and authorization letter from an Egyptian sponsor. Additionally, an interview may also be required by the Immigration Department to discuss details related to the residency application.
