It is also important to consider the cost of living in the area, as well as the availability of public transportation and other amenities. Additionally, it is important to work with a qualified real estate agent who is familiar with the area and can provide guidance throughout the process. Finally, it is important to obtain a home inspection to ensure the property is in good condition before making a purchase," said one foreigner living in New York, the United States.

"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in New York. Non-U.S. citizens are able to purchase real estate in the state of New York, just like any other U.S. citizen. "Rental properties in New York typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Some properties may also include a microwave, garbage disposal, and air conditioning unit," explained one person living in New York, the United States.
