If you're looking to buy property, the average price per square meter in the city center is typically around €5,000 to €7,000, while outside of the city center it's around €3,500 to €5,000. These prices can fluctuate based on market conditions and other factors," explained one person living in Stuttgart, Germany.
Should I buy or rent a home in Stuttgart?
