Are foreigners allowed to own property in Macao?
"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Macao. The Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) of the People's Republic of China has implemented a series of measures to facilitate foreign investment in the region. These measures include allowing foreign investors to purchase residential and commercial properties in Macao. Foreigners are also allowed to lease land for up to 50 years, with the possibility of renewal. In addition, foreign investors are allowed to own and operate businesses in Macao," said one in Macao.
