It's a good option if you're unsure about your long-term plans or if you prefer not to deal with the responsibilities of homeownership. Renting can also be more affordable in the short term, as it doesn't require a large down payment. It's also important to consider the local real estate market. If property prices are high and rental prices are low, it might make more financial sense to rent. On the other hand, if property prices are low and rental prices are high, buying could be a better investment.
