It is also important to note that property ownership in Cyprus may be subject to taxes and fees, such as transfer fees, stamp duty, and annual property taxes," said one foreigner living in Nicosia, Cyprus.

What appliances are typically included in a rental?

We asked foreigners in Nicosia what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:
