"A rental property in Grenoble typically includes a fridge, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. Most of the homes also come equipped with basic items such as an iron, a vacuum cleaner and kitchen utensils. Depending on the property, other appliances might also be included, such as air-conditioners, microwaves and coffee makers," explained one expat in Grenoble.
