"Rental properties in Lyon typically come equipped with essential household appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. Other amenities may include a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Furnishings such as beds and other furniture may also be provided depending on the agreement between the tenant and the landlord," remarked one foreigner who made the move to Lyon.
