"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Gurgaon. The Indian government has made it possible for foreign nationals to purchase property in India, including Gurgaon, through the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Under this Act, foreign nationals are allowed to purchase residential and commercial properties in India, provided they have the necessary documents and approvals from the Reserve Bank of India. Additionally, foreign nationals are also allowed to lease property in Gurgaon for a period of up to five years," explained one person living in Gurgaon, India.
