What is the average cost of housing in Modena?

If you are thinking about moving to Modena, cost of living in probably a key consideration. Expats commented about the cost of housing:

It is also important to understand the tax implications of buying property in Italy, as well as the costs associated with the purchase. We asked foreigners in Modena what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:

"Rental properties in Modena typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, and washing machine. Some properties may also include a dishwasher, microwave, and other small appliances. Furniture is usually not included in the rental, but may be available for an additional fee," said one expat in Modena.
