Purchasing basic necessities like food, household items, and clothing can cost far less in Mexico than in the US. Additionally, utilities like water and electricity are typically much lower-cost in Mexico than what is offered in the US. Housing in Guadalajara is significantly cheaper as well, providing much lower rents and/or mortgages than what is typical in the US.
