"Milan offers a variety of health services that cover both preventive and curative care. Primary healthcare is provided through local health centres in the city, while secondary and tertiary care services are available through various hospitals and clinics. The city also boasts numerous private health care centres and specialists, often staffed with highly qualified health professionals. Emergency services are provided at the Policlinico San Matteo and at the major private hospital, Humanitas. Milan also benefits from a well-developed public health system that promotes preventive measures, monitors disease outbreaks, conducts health campaigns and provides education services to its population," wrote a member who made the move to Milan, Italy.
