Apartments often come with air conditioning, modern kitchens, and most of them are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, and other amenities. There is also a variety of furnished and unfurnished apartments available in the city. Additionally, many of these apartments provide good access to public transportation," commented one expat who made the move to Constanta, Romania.
