It is important to note that English-speaking medical staff may be limited in public hospitals, but private clinics are more likely to have English-speaking doctors. It is recommended for expats and travelers to have comprehensive medical insurance to cover the costs of private healthcare, as well as potential medical evacuation if necessary.
