It is also important to consider the cost of living in the area, as well as the availability of amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Additionally, it is important to be aware of the crime rate in the area and to take necessary precautions to ensure safety. Lastly, it is important to be aware of the local culture and customs to ensure a smooth transition into the new environment," said another in Nassau, Bahamas.

"If you can afford to buy a place, makes sense. The rental market is just as good. However, rents are extremely high in most "likeable" areas. Get a realtor and shop around.
