"Edinburgh is a truly cosmopolitan town. Although English is the common language, you will also hear Urdu or Hindi along with a host of European languages from travellers," remarked another expat in Edinburgh, Scotland.
"I've met several families that have relocated here from the states. As for the locals, everyone I have met seem very open to diversity. They sometimes have this feel that we're all decedents from Scotland," said a member in Banchory, Scotland.
