Many expats choose to live in villas or townhouses, which offer more space and privacy than apartments. Expat homes and apartments are often located in gated communities, providing a safe and secure environment. Many expats also enjoy the convenience of living close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other amenities," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to UAE.
"Villa; no. Most live in apartments or townhouses; some live in villas (equivalent to a single family house)," commented one expat who made the move to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
