"The cost of housing in Israel is generally quite high, with the average price of a home in the country being significantly higher than the average price in other countries. The cost of renting in Israel is also quite high, with the average monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the country being around $1,000," remarked another expat in Israel.

"They are somewhat higher, Tel Aviv is an expensive city and you pay for living near the beach and for the weather in Tel Aviv," said a member in Tel Aviv, Israel.
