"Banco Agricola is a good bank, but has stringent limits for transferring of funds. You can find limits on their website. There are more branches throughout the country. Banco Cuscatlan is another good bank. Limits aren't as strict, but they do not currently have bank to bank transfers. Money can be wired, but you'd still have to complete the transaction in person. Branches are within major cities," explained one expat living in El Salvador.
