What are emergency services like in Connecticut?

Answer this Question

When we asked members about emergency services in Connecticut, they wrote...

"In Connecticut, emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To call for an ambulance, dial 911 from any phone. The operator will ask for your location and the nature of the emergency. The operator will then dispatch an ambulance to the scene. Emergency medical personnel will arrive to provide medical assistance and transport the patient to the nearest hospital," remarked another expat in Connecticut.
