When we asked members in Ecuador if they typically need to travel to see specialists, they replied...
"I have gone to a specialist in Quito for back surgery. I had two surgeons for my back surgery. They were great. The language barrier can be the only issue but I had help from friends," said another expat in Quito, Ecuador.
"I have been able to find providers for all health issues here in Cuenca and all have been of good quality and excellent availability," wrote a member who made the move to Cuenca, Ecuador.
