What are typical rents in Martinique?
We asked expats and digital nomads in Martinique what typical rental prices are in Martinique. They commented...
"Below €1,000 you could find a lot of rental properties in general areas around the island. Sometime you can find a 4 bedroom. everything really depends on how much you search. Each area is almost identical when it comes to prices of rent; However, you can find cheaper apartments in Fort de France, sometimes; seasonal renting seems to be a lot higher. Between 30 to 100€ per night," wrote a member who made the move to Scholcher, Martinique.
