"Renting a home in the United States typically includes appliances such as a refrigerator, oven or stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer. Some homes may also come with additional features such as a microwave, air conditioning, or if the property is located in a warm climate, a pool or hot tub," said a member in United States.
