"In Kuwait, rental properties typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine, and air conditioning unit. Some properties may also include a dishwasher, microwave, and other small appliances. Furniture is usually not included in the rental, but can be negotiated with the landlord," said another in Kuwait.
