When we asked people living in Panama about good local restaurants, they mentioned...

"They have great restaurants with excellent foods recognized internationally. Using your permanent residency card at restaurants will make you save around 25% but not on the total bill so it's not really 25% as advertised but it still very appreciated when you save money," said another expat in Panama City, Panama.
