I will then educate you on the process of buying in Scotland, covering all bases so you understand how it all works here. I then help position you as an ideal buyer in the eye's of a seller or an estate agent and essentially get you ready for market which will help us secure the right property and be seen as a more favourable option over other prospecting buyers. I will then take your criteria and scour the entire market for you and present you with findings that match what you want. This includes me reaching out to agents and property professionals that I know personally in with the intention of finding properties which are yet to be listed or are being sold off market. The properties that are presented to you will undergo a serious of research stages where I dive deeper into the local area, schools, amenities, condition and more. My finding are easily stored with each property for you to view. On ideal properties I will go and view them on your behalf or with you. A slow walkaround video is always taken at a viewing as well as a walkaround video of the surrounding area. I will also be on the look out for any problems in these properties and I can speak with neighbour's to get some more insight into the street. Should you wish to make an offer on a property I will do research on the market prices, current market conditions and that properties specific circumstances. Then on your decision I will negotiate on your behalf verbally with the sellers. Once an offer is accepted your solicitor (lawyer) will take over and complete the legal stages of acquiring the property. I will be by your side all the way through this stage to guide you and to make sure the lawyers are moving swiftly. Once the sale has completed I can be of further assistance depending on your needs. In short this is a service where I want you to have the least stressful of a time buying a property.
